Forty Feet Tall is Cole Gann on vocals and guitar, Steven Driscoll on drums, Jack Sehres on guitar, and Brett Marquette on bass. Formed in LA in 2011, classic rock venues such as The Troubadour, Club Nokia, and the iconic Roxy and The Whisky were under their belts at a young age.
During their college years they managed to release a full-length, self-titled album in 2014 and most recently a four song EP titled, “Red Dressed.” After being signed to a licensing deal they enjoyed a multitude of placements on TV and film including two spots on one of Showtime’s top shows, Shameless, an upcoming film starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, several placements on MTV and a Paramount film, to name a few.
After the addition of a new member, Brett, the band has now reconvened in Portland, ready to play live and introduce their hard rock, riff-based sound—think Jack White and the Black Keys meets Soundgarden—to the Pacific North West. While they rock live shows, a more careful listening to Forty Feet Tall reveals another level: they throw a deep and sincere sound at you and it sticks.
